President and General Manager
With nearly 20 years’ experience in the food industry, John Allard as President and General Manager leads Fleury Michon America with a passion for continuous improvement and culinary excellence. Since joining the company in 2011, he has guided it through a strategic realignment of the prepared meal business: airline catering, retail market and food service. John also steered the North American division through a corporate identity change from the former Delta Dailyfood to be now known as Fleury Michon America.
Finance and IT Director
Geneviève De Lagrave, a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke, has over 18 years of experience in the financial field. With Fleury Michon America since 2015, she has managed the finance, IT and special projects departments. Geneviève is an asset to the company with her commitment, professionalism and rigour, while being able to adapt to the various strategic changes of the company. Geneviève's mandate is to help achieve financial objectives, lead special projects as well as to improve the governance, infrastructure and functionality of the company's information technologies.
Laurent Avril has over 25 years of experience at Fleury Michon. At Fleury Michon in France, he held various management positions as well as engineering before choosing to continue his career as Plant Director in Canada in 2015. Laurent is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing of products that comply with specific requirements, including performance objectives, safety regulations for employees and property, food safety rules, social law and company values.
