President and General Manager
Approaching 20 years in the food industry, John Allard is a graduate of Laurentian University. He joined Fleury Michon in 2011 and managed various departments such as Sales, Operations and Logistics. Since his nomination as General Manager in 2018, John has guided the company through the activities realignment along two commercialization areas; airline catering and retail market. He also led the Canadian division corporate identity change, formerly known as Delta Dailyfood.
Vice President, Finance and Information Technology
With over 30 years of experience acquired within various industries in finance, Claude Lapierre is recognized for his disciplined approach and his transformational leadership. He has been involved as part of senior management in the industry of retail, distribution and manufacturing. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in accounting science; he is also a member of the Quebec CPA Order. His strong expertise and extensive experience earned within large corporations make him a great asset for Fleury Michon America.
Vice President, Legal Affairs, Governance and Human Ressources
Diane Bélanger holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Montreal University and is a lawyer member of the Barreau du Quebec. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of legal affairs. Appreciated for her systematic thinking and analytical spirit, Diane is focused on actions and achieving results. She contributes to Fleury Michon America’s growth by focusing on human capital and attainment of goals.
Senior Vice President, Operations and Planning
Richard St-Pierre counts over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Throughout his professional path, he worked in various departments such as Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Research & Development and Process. Member of Fleury Michon America’s team for over 20 years, his numerous experiences enable him to have a strategic vision regarding the company. Richard was able to make the plant progress due to his determination and his rigorous work ethic.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Stephane Koeman possesses over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Throughout his career, he has contributed to Canadian companies’ fast growth in the national and international markets, earning a solid reputation for business development and new customer acquisition. At Fleury Michon America, Stephane is mandated to harmonize the airline catering commercialization process globally. He also manages the distribution and the growth acceleration of products sold in Europe and America, in addition to introduce Fleury Michon brand in the US retail market.
