OBJECTIVES
- Apply recipes and organize in compliance with programs and production orders on the various materials and make them available for just-in-time assembly lines.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read the day’s production orders on the workstation’s scheduled program;
- After familiarizing himself with the manufacturing orders, he takes the materials to be processed according to the established recipe and manufacturing method;
- Ensure that operations run smoothly in accordance with operating procedures;
- Work with all equipment for which you have been trained, and comply with operating and safety instructions;
- Complete the product conformity elements on the registration documents and record all the information requested;
- Fill in the daily activities form for the foreman;
- Rinse equipment and wash manufacturing and kitchen equipment;
- Ensure cleanliness of work environment;
- Respect health and safety rules;
- Apply and comply with the legal requirements of HACCP recognition and FSSC22000 certification, and in the event of any anomaly, alert the foreman;
- Keep your workstation safe and tidy;
- Maintain and promote team spirit;
- Help welcome new employees;
- Work on other jobs as needed;
- Carry out any other related tasks as required by his/her immediate superior.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Speaking, reading and writing in French;
- Ability to stand in a hot environment;
- Respect health and safety rules;
- Good physical fitness; ability to pull, push and lift loads (25kg);
- Good mathematical knowledge (exam);
- Assiduous at his post;
- Excellent communication;
