Line Cook (evening bonus applicable)


  • Apply recipes and organize in compliance with programs and production orders on the various materials and make them available for just-in-time assembly lines.


  • Read the day’s production orders on the workstation’s scheduled program;
  • After familiarizing himself with the manufacturing orders, he takes the materials to be processed according to the established recipe and manufacturing method;
  • Ensure that operations run smoothly in accordance with operating procedures;
  • Work with all equipment for which you have been trained, and comply with operating and safety instructions;
  • Complete the product conformity elements on the registration documents and record all the information requested;
  • Fill in the daily activities form for the foreman;
  • Rinse equipment and wash manufacturing and kitchen equipment;
  • Ensure cleanliness of work environment;
  • Respect health and safety rules;
  • Apply and comply with the legal requirements of HACCP recognition and FSSC22000 certification, and in the event of any anomaly, alert the foreman;
  • Keep your workstation safe and tidy;
  • Maintain and promote team spirit;
  • Help welcome new employees;
  • Work on other jobs as needed;
  • Carry out any other related tasks as required by his/her immediate superior.


  • Speaking, reading and writing in French;
  • Ability to stand in a hot environment;

  • Good physical fitness; ability to pull, push and lift loads (25kg);
